What sets Gbé ga apart: we don't clean and leave

Almost every solar panel & window cleaning company does exactly that — squeegee the glass, take your money, and drive off. We built Gbé ga around a different promise: care, not just cleaning. On every visit we clean the panels and the area around them — clearing the dust, debris, droppings, and critter activity that collect at the edges and under the array. Then we do the part no one else does: we leave you a

Solar / Window Care Report.

One-time or ongoing — your call

Book a single cleaning whenever you need one. But panels don't stay clean, and problems don't announce themselves. Our Elevate plans put your system on a regular rhythm and build a written record of every visit.

That record matters. Most manufacturers and installers expect proof of routine maintenance when a warranty claim comes up — a dated report with photos is exactly that. And when someone is on your roof four times a year instead of never, loose hardware, cracked seals, hot spots, shading, and nesting get caught while they're still

small and cheap to fix.

The desert is hardest on the panels

that depend on it most

Dirty panels don't fail all at once; they bleed output a little at a time. Studies have measured soiling losses ranging from about 10% in mild climates to more than 40% in arid regions. In the U.S. Desert Southwest specifically, panels lose roughly 0.2% of their production for every day they sit without rain or cleaning. Here in the Desert Southwest — one of the sunniest, driest places in the country — that dust just keeps building, because the rain that would rinse it away almost never comes. ScienceDirect

And no, rain won't take care of it for you

It's the most common assumption we hear — and it's the most expensive one. Rain rinses a little loose dust, but it does nothing about the caked-on, acidic soiling that actually costs you money. In the desert, "waiting for rain" is really just "watching your investment erode."

It's not just dust. It's damage

Bird droppings are the real threat, and they're far worse than they look. Bird guano contains digestive acids that bake onto the glass and won't wash off — even in heavy rain. Left in the sun, that acid permanently etches the panel's anti-reflective coating, so even after it's cleaned off, a "scar" remains that reduces how much light the panel can absorb. Worse, because panels are wired in series, one small blockage drags down far more than its own area — a single dropping can cause localized losses of up to around 20% and trigger "hot spots" that crack cells, burn solder joints, and destroy the panel's internal diodes. A dropping left through a few weeks of peak summer sun can cause irreversible damage. EcoFlow + 3
